Cancellation Policy
At Love You Haircare, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure the highest level of service for every client, we kindly ask that you honor the following: A card on file may be required to secure your appointment. Appointments canceled within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule to preserve the experience of the next guest. To maintain a relaxing and intimate environment, we ask that only clients receiving services attend appointments. Parents are welcome to accompany their young children during their service. Please complete your consultation form sent via email or text after booking to ensure a seamless experience.
